Friday

Morning walkies as the cloud was breaking up a bit

Lovely wall up at Trebarvah
Think that this is a Ringlet butterfly

Was standing on the footpath by the house when this came overhead - very low indeed
Saw that Mali Rose had moved in the wet dock, so popped down to take a look  - cargo door open
Crane  moving
Didn't expect that - Vega in dry dock
Wonder if it is just to get it out of the way or if she's actually having work done

Super old Looe Lugger Guide Me here as always for Golowan Quay Day on Sunday
Yep ! crane went all the way round
Some of the boats decked out ready for Sunday
Little harbour tug Danmark - always a sign that something is moving
Trying to work out how to load and unload ?

As I got back to the car the cargo door went down and she moved back alongside the road - possibly under her own power !
Meanwhile Jim took the dogs out - busy busy out there - top field all gathered in
Lots of Poppies around this year
Rather grey again

  1. Your photos of the village and around Trebarvah are so lovely. They really cheered me up. It's cold and miserable here.

    1. We've lost the very hot weather - it really was too hot to get much done ! Village is looking lovely and the light is good a lot of the time. At least you're heading for Spring now as we start to head towards Autumn Sue
