  1. Without doubt a big WOW for your Echium, not had any luck growing them in my garden, brought back a beautiful one from Tresco, it grew fine until we had a gale and it blew over and uprooted itself, was hoping it had thrown out seeds but no such luck. Beautiful weather, so wish we were down your way, keeping fingers crossed we will be soon. Thanks for the wonderful photo's.

    1. The Pink Echium is on the footpath as it passes us & next door- think it seeded from one that next door neighbours bought - it's a beauty. We've got lots of ordinary ones about to flower - some a bit spindly, but we hardly had any frost in the garden - just the cars on the drive. Rather cold today - such a pity. Sue

    1. Have looked up Pink Echiums online and they are for sale (around £20,00 each) think next door bought one a while ago and it seeded over the fence and onto the ground by the footpath. Wish we had some pheasants around - saw the one a Trebarvah, but they're really a rare sight. No sun until around 4.30pm today and rather cold all day. Ah well it couldn't last forever. Sue
